The Neighbourhood
Pembridge Road sits at the very heart of Notting Hill, connecting the bustle of Notting Hill Gate to the world-famous Portobello Road. It's one of the most desirable addresses in West London, lined with handsome Victorian townhouses, independent boutiques, and charming cafés.
On Your Doorstep
Step outside and you're immediately in the thick of it. Turn left and immediately you'll reach the start of Portobello Road, where the famous antiques market transforms the street every Saturday. Throughout the week, the lower end offers excellent fruit and vegetable stalls, florists, and local shops that give the area its village feel.
Turn right and you're at Notting Hill Gate in under five minutes—a busy junction with tube access, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, and everything you need for daily life.

The Vibe
Notting Hill has a unique character—affluent but bohemian, polished but not pretentious. It's where hedge fund managers live next door to artists, where you can buy a £10,000 antique or a £3 vintage shirt on the same street. The area buzzes on market days and during the famous Notting Hill Carnival each August bank holiday, yet maintains quiet, leafy residential streets just moments from the action.
It's quintessential London—historic, diverse, walkable, and endlessly interesting.
