Located on the seafront near award winning beaches, restaurants & pubs, this sustainable retreat is the perfect escape! With uninterrupted sea views this gorgeous apartment enjoys an unapparelled position overlooking Mumbles bay directly opposite the promenade. With floor to ceiling windows in the lounge/ kitchen the sea afternoons can be spent lounging on the sofa looking out to sea! 

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two singles, and additionally two extra guests can be accommodated on a double sofabed if necessary (please advise at time of booking). A large spa like bathroom awaits you with a freestanding bath and walk in shower. The lounge and master bedroom each have a 55 inch smart TV and the kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay including a Nespresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine. 

Fully renovated and interior designed in a Japandi style this apartment is sure to provide a relaxing stay with ocean retreat vibes. Mumbles is a bustling seaside town with a vast array of cafes, restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours. The George pub is located right next door for lunch and evening meals and a great brunch spot is located less than 20m away at Full of Graze. Several grocery stores are within a ten minute walk and Mumbles bay and promenade are located opposite the apartment. Gower is an area of outstanding natural beauty and several award winning beaches are located a short drive away. 

Free parking is available overnight on the sea side of the main road in the parallel or diagonal spaces (from 8pm to 10am) there also free parking directly in front of the property for 3 hours during the day (all are on a first come first served basis). Paid for parking is available in the car park opposite or a car park 50m up the road by Verdi's ice cream parlour. For guests staying for 7 days (or close to), a visitor permit can be purchased from Swansea Council for £25 for up to 7 days parking, please let us know when booking if you would like to arrange this as it needs to be purchased with advance notice.
